Today Mr Simon was out of the class to update his first aide certificate in preparation for the Angkor Wat run and bike trip in December to Siem Reap.It was a great course and lots of secondary teachers involved as they prepare for their week with out walls trips in January.
The big focus of the day was CPR and what to do if you come across someone who has stopped breathing.
We also looked at ways to deal with other injuries from broken bones, cuts to seizures.
