Today we started our new mathematics unit - Measurement.Objective: Express metric length measurements in terms of a smaller unit; model and solve addition and subtraction word problems involving metric length.
What a great way to start the unit by getting the class to explore measuring different items.
They all loved measuring a certain teachers shoe....
