Today we have been unpacking our unit of inquiry "Shape of a leader" and reflecting on ourselves in how we have been leaders in PE and at home.Some very honest reflection as they start to decide on what attributes of a leader they each have. As one child said "It as hard being a leader in PE as not all my group listened to me, if they don't listen then they miss my ideas".
So true.
The children worked in small groups and looked at our central idea - "People have played a leading role in society which has resulted in change".The children pulled the central idea apart. Some really good discussions at the key words, society and change. What does it mean by society and how can you show change?
