She talked about the attributes she has a leader. She reminded the children that when she was a grade 4 child she was shy but this is not a reason to not persevere and to push yourself.
She said that as a leader you need to read, listen, talk and write. Things we do everyday at school and what we should all continue to do as we get older.
That leaders find the answers to questions, find out how they can make a change or a difference in peoples lives.
Ms Paula talked about why she got into teaching, that she wanted to make a difference in children's lives. We think she is.
As one child said, "Ms Paula is a great role model to us all" or "Wow, Ms Paula shy, would not have thought that"
Ms Paula said that leaders are also part of a team, a group of people that support each other, work together.
