PE Team Work Leadership

This week for PE the class has been having to work as a team to complete problem solving activities in the gym.

Mr Ben selects different children to be leaders each time and then they have to reflect how that person worked as a leader. Were they supportive as leaders and team members?








It was interesting listening to the children discuss different attributes of leaders.


When reflecting afterwards they said the biggest issue had been sometimes the leader did not necessarily listen to their team members if they had an idea to help solve the problem set. Some leaders wanted to do it all on their own instead of delegating.
Some really important things they are learning about themselves as leaders but also what they look for in leaders.
