Today Jade brought to school a pile of French books she was donating to the school library.She selected one book and read the story in French to the class as well as retelling the story in English. It was really nice to see how proud Jade was to share her language to the class.
The Grade 3 and Student council are promoting and pushing with the all elementary children if they can donate old story books to the library to boost the mother tongue selection in the library.
Thank you Jade for your kind donation to the school library.
All donated books will have the child's name put in them.
If you have any old books you no longer use the library would love to reuse them.
