Dear students and Parents,
This post has been created as ISPP has been closed for today due to traffic. As both roads to school are either blocked or full of traffic, ISPP has no choice but to close today.
I want to ensure that your child’s learning continues during this time. The best way to achieve this is by using the internet and the different resources we have been using in the classroom which the children are familiar with.

If you need to ask me any questions about todays work, I will be online so send me an e-mail.
What are my responsibilities as a teacher?
To make sure we have the best chance to communicate with each other, I will be available on line to answer emails between 9:00 to 4pm. I will update the blog each day with learning engagements and activities for your child. I encourage you to check the blog and your email every day to ensure you are up-to-date on important information and current activities for your child to complete.
What are your responsibilities as parents?
Please make sure you check your emails several times a day to receive updates. It is important that you are prepared to have an adult available to act as a support teacher whilst the school is closed. In addition, set aside 2-3 hours a day for your child to engage in learning activities. This will require internet access.
Students are required to complete their work to the best of their ability and to ask adults for help and guidance when required. Students may email the teacher with any questions during the time stated above.
The Grade 4 teachers’ emails are as follows:
Here are the things to do at home:
1) Get an early start on your homework. (See the page link called homework this blog) I have also emailed you a copy.
2) Leader Research - think about who you are going to research as your individual. Think carefully about how has this leader implemented / made change.
- Make some notes and bring to school tomorrow - we can stick them in your Unit book.
3) Practice your Math multiplication goal or play some live Math on Mathletics. Make sure you have completed all your mathletic tasks.
4) Read a good book and be kind your family at home
5) Write a blog post on how your day has gone today. Include photos of the crazy traffic if you have any. I have shared you some photos. Called "school closed traffic". Use your own photos if you have any.
